Rules of the Sale:

1. Payment must be made by cash or check at the time of purchase. No credit cards will be accepted at the sale.

2. Used filters, pumps, UV's or other filtration equipment that are currently operating must be removed between 10AM and 4PM on Monday the 5th unless prior arrangements are made with Carl at the sale.

3. All sales are final and used equipment will have no warranty.

4. New items purchased will retain the standard manufacturer's warranty.
